I lived on Cape Cod one summer; I did travel nursing back then- summer of my life!! Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket, Falmouth, Woods Hole, Mashpee, Hyannis, Chatham, Dennis, Provincetown- OMG I need to go back. Best summer of my life!

Please 🙏 do not use random TJ maxx skincare products 😅 I feel like while ofc breakouts are most likely due to hormonal changes from surgery, you maybe should avoid random irritants ! Maybe try a super gentle cleanser from krave beauty, a toner like I’m from rice toner, an active like rovectin LHA ampoule. And a simple moisturizer like the rovectin lotus cream. All super gentle products that is going to build back up your barrier & help your skin get through the rough hormonal dealz

Awwee i miss Cape Cod i havent been there since i was 16 .Hey i was in the newspaper me and my baby cousins when i was 10 i still have the clipping .We took picnic tables and made a slid out of them and the news lady seen us and started taking pictures. I was 10 and two of my cousins were 6 and one was 8. Good memories.....I used to color my shells sniff sniff......

And the first sandals your Mom tried on are very similar to what we used to call Buffalo Sandals in the 1970s, only the ones we wore were just platform wedges. She was feeling bad and went to the hospital and got the diagnosis, then she died after one chemo treatment two days later. It was shocking.
