Ultimate Guide: Dreamlight Parks Fest-PLUS How To Get Around the Glitch | Disney Dreamlight Valley

Hello! This video is going to walk you through the entire Dreamlight Parks Fest, give you the easiest way to get through it, and how to get around a couple glitches from this fest in Disney Dreamlight Valley. I'll also walk you through the Community Challenge and the new Village Duties so make sure you watch the whole thing.
I should've posted this on Sunday 5/26 but I didn't because I had so much more work to do on it. I promised I would post it on Tuesday 5/28 but I ended up getting it completely done early, so, here ya are! Enjoy.

At this point you definitely would have to really grind it out. The popcorn buckets are really cute but if you’re not into that, it’s really not worth it. I work full time, and was spending about an hour or two in the evening grinding it out. However, I wasn’t doing anything else in the game because it really took a lot of time to get the first set of buckets. I feel like this will be a yearly event, but I’m wondering if they’ll give us different buckets each year. 🤔

Tbh I don’t even know what those buckets are 🤣 I’ve just been collecting the buttons and selling them lmao. I need the coins 🤷🏽

@MlleAndre lol! If I were a new player and didn’t care about the buckets, I’d do exactly the same. If you really need coins and since you’re early on in the game, go check out my video on harvesting carrots… I’ll send the link in the next comment 😉

I've found that the Red buttons will only spawn in a Biome if you have a character house placed there. Also, the more character houses placed in a biome, the more Red buttons that spawn there. I completed Ursula's Dream Bundle last year, and her "Deal Of The Day" quests are part of the Bundle. Not to spoil it too much, the final one is where you get the Flotsam & Jetsam statue shown on the Bundle's artwork.

You’re welcome! Just keep grinding and you’ll be able to make the rest of the buckets in no time. Once you give out cupcakes, focus on fishing with a buddy for the blue buttons and keep checking around the valley for red and flower buttons. If you don’t have a lot of trees, you could use the map view to find those easier.

Found the easiest is to start all 5 quests & then I use 5 ancient cookers!

I have so many green ones but the red don’t seem to be spawning and the game crashes so much I can hardly play so frustrating

I’m so sorry about the crashing! That really is frustrating. To get more red buttons, place more houses around your valley. You can even use the extra house skins along with villager houses) I’d put at least 3 houses (if you have them) in each biome to increase the chances of red buttons spawning. They only spawn around houses, so look there every so often.

I may sound a bit dumb but how do you get the rides without spending moonstones? I cleared out an area then realised I actually need rides for it 😂

Unfortunately, even in the star path, you have to spend moonstones to unlock the rides which are only available when you ‘buy’ the premium star path 😩

Plenty of time??? I’m so overwhelmed with trying to finish the Star path, collect buttons, make cupcakes, and hopefully make the popcorn buckets. I’ve only been able to make one! I need more time! 😱🫣😁

You can do it!! Someone mentioned letting the ancient cookers do the baking for you and then, while they bake, you can go find the other buttons. It might help… 😉
