Hope you guys enjoy the tut! Summer Sale ends Monday. I'm excited with how the website behind the channel is shaping up in terms of all of the different types of tools being developed. More tuts dropping next week, have a nice weekend guys.

Thanks for this tutorial (and all your other ones too). I kept running into that same thing where AE would automatically set footage of png sequence import to 30FPS (& I was working in 24 for). I fixed it by doing this: go to> Preferences> import> sequence Footage >change the fps from 30 to 24 (or whatever frame rate you need png sequences to be). This seemed to work and speed up my workflow. It doesn’t seem to change video footage imports frame rate-just for png sequences.

This is great. Thank you. I have a question, what's the difference between wiggle position effect in (effects and presets) and this method you used for the wiggling effect?

Hello, Yes I do. That asset's project file is also available on my patreon (After Effects only). If you have after effects, you can render out the clip and then use your own custom track matte in resolve but it may be more tricky

i9 cpu, rtx 2080 gpu, 32gb ram. overkill for a lot of what I show tbh. Most of my tuts were made with a 1060 gpu and i7

Im sitting here debating if i should do this or will my PC blow up while rendering lool
@MaxNovakTutorials Жыл бұрын
one tip i used to use when I edited music vids before I upgraded my PC: try not to stack huge clips into one comp. If something is eating a lot of memory like a linked ae clip try rendering it out once you've finished tweaking it then drag the rendered clip into the timeline so your computer doesnt explode. It takes a bit more time but it defintely helps make the process more smooth
@eyesta Жыл бұрын
@@MaxNovakTutorials If the main editing is done in after effects, it is better to do precompositing. This way, a new render of each composition will take place only when the settings in each individual composition are changed.
