@@WaterBoy786 in the cruiseship before you become a manager you must undergo with the entry level positions that I mentioned like after being a waiter you will become a supervisor till you finally reach the top level of management (it depends on the company if they can hire you instantly as a manager because of your job experience) but usually you must undergo all of the positions before you get to be a manager. For the duration, it might take more than 5 years depends on your skills and how you can handle your people.

Yes, you still can! As far as a i know some companies does not have age limit but as of POEA for PH i think till 40 can apply (i am not 100% sure)
