We should scrub before shaving to remove any dead skin and this will give a closure shave.. After shaving your skin is sensitive and doing scrubing can harm it.. I have seen her yt videos in some she do it before and in some after ..her shower routines are aesthetic no doubt but confusing on the same time like soo many products and no set sequence(constructive criticism) .. May be it works for her.
