Focus on one programming language and revise concepts. Prepare proper answer for being mechanical engineer, why you want to join TCS. If you get time, do basic project on programming language. It is optional for you.

Currently focus on programming languages, DSa revision. Learn basics of latest technologies. It will be difficult for you to go for project right now, so don't worry about it.
