Love the videos!! My husband and I are moving to CO in July from St. Thomas, USVI and this is so helpful! We are both teaching right near Cherry Creek State Park... any affordable areas with walkability that you would suggest?! Thanks for the content!!!

That is fantastic news, it’s a beautiful place to live! There are a lot of areas to choose from that are within 15-20 minutes or closer of the park. Littleton, specific parts of Aurora, Greenwood Village and Centennial all come to mind and have areas that offer walkability. Greenwood Village is probably at the top of the list because you have a Denver Tech Center right there with lots of restaurants and shops.

Do you have information about the Lowry area? i found a place to live in Lowry but I don't know much about the area. Google Maps makes it look nice but I really don't know what living is like in that area. Thanks in advance.

Lowry is a very cool neighborhood, and very popular! I love that area for the parks, the museums and for how close you are to Colorado Blvd and all the restaurants and shops it has. You’re close to Colfax, which has a reputation and there are parts of it that you’ll want to avoid, but it’s several blocks over, so not a huge concern.
