20:00 was the best moment for me out of the entire video purely because, for me, it encapsulated everything about you Luke, Ash and Nile in regards to how strong your friendship is and what it means to you all. Ash yelling at you, Luke, to get up..... and you got up to finish is awe inspiring and makes me jealous for such a friendship. One of my favorite things to watch for when they're messing about with different challenges is the gymnastics training coming through even when they're not thinking about it. For example, when they're getting ready to do a challenge, they often stand legs together and bring their heels tight together and take that deep breath that gymnasts take. Or when they're doing flips or other tumbling skills, their toes will be pointed so perfectly because it's just second nature.
