I just bought these seats and the leather doesn’t seem as smooth as yours. Did you use conditioner? The stitched leather specifically on mine are textured. I have Napa leather seats in my Audi and the Valencia is definitely not on par with those. Is that what you’re seeing as well?

Unfortunately it bleeds way too much light and washes out the image on the screen so the lights are off if we are reclining. Can't control them independently. I do have several more videos on the side screens please subscribe and check it out! I did give feedback to the manufacturer and will see if they include capabilities in the future to mitigate this

Had a similar concern but the body mostly makes contact where the diamond pattern is. This should mask minor imperfections in the future. I tried scratching the leather rather hard to see if it would leave a mark (in an area behind and not visible) and thankfully no mark at all. Will be buying a leather conditioner though to maintain better.

Can the lighting be turned off on the chairs and railing? I've read it's pretty bright. That kind of negates the reason to have a dedicated theater room.

Yes they turn off. What railing do you mean? The ceiling? I have them on smart switches and can turn off from my harmony remote as well. Great for ambiance, but not for contrast ratio.

Kevin these can be custom ordered but the default is probably firm for most. The lighting where the controls are does not turn off but the ones in the bottom do via a button on the side.
