either Quartz or Elvui, BUT...as affl lock, u can get a weakaura from Fojji that will replace the casting bar of drain soul with the one u see in the video, showing a red marker on it, when to clip drain soul to recast haunt and it will show - and + DPS increase on Drain Sould depending on your buffs and procs
