Love your build! Currently waiting on my EcoDiesel JT to arrive and have planned on doing a very similar build for awhile now. I also am a fan of Roofnest and plan on going with the Condor Overland. Great stuff! 👍 would love to see more of this Truck.

How do you like the combo of the Clayton suspension with the Falcon 3.3 shocks? Specifically, the on-road ride quality.
@DifferentialComms3 жыл бұрын
Clayton tells buyers that some folks complain the Falcon/Clayton combo is too stiff. I like it, personally. Plus, with such a heavy truck, stiff is a necessity. So, unless you're going to run a ton of weight like me, or if you like a firm ride, I say go for it
@ryoc21383 жыл бұрын
@@DifferentialComms I have them and I do think they are stiff. I am waiting for the Clayton kit to come in to install it. I also have about 700 pounds on the back of the truck and I agree, I need a stiffer shock to handle that weight. I just wish it rode a little smoother, but I'm hoping the Clayton ride right kit will at least improve it.

Are you running all the parts of a mopar 2” lift in combination with the Clayton springs and falcon shocks?

The longer anti-sway bar links and lower control arms were the only parts of the MOPAR lift I kept (for a while)

how well do you like the garmin overland gps
@DifferentialComms3 жыл бұрын
I really like it. It's great for finding stuff when my smartphone has no reception. What's more, I love it for navigating home. No matter where I am, no matter how remote I am, it knows where I am and what roads to take to get me home. I haven't found anything else that can give me accurate turn-by-turn directions out of the deep backcountry like the Garmin can

Which one should I get as my first truck A Ford 2021 Raptor Supercab or a jeep Gladiator Rubicon?
@DifferentialComms3 жыл бұрын
Incredibly different trucks. And it all depends on what you want to use it for. More trails, I'd go G'ator. If you're bombing through the desert with the hammer down, go Raptor

Question I have a 2021 Gladiator Rubicon I'm going to put a Mopar 2" lift and I want to get a set of Black Rhino Armory Wheel and a set of Nitto Ridge Grappler Tire , my question is can I go 37's with the rub or do I have to get 35"
@DifferentialComms3 жыл бұрын
As far as I know, Rubi can handle 37s with a 2” lift. Worked for Nick

Nice to see a fellow Oregonian. Love all your mods but 2 ,#1 Was the Amfib snorkle not available at the time? It has a cleaner look and no hood cutting. #2 Sure looks like your Trail Cameras lost half of the view?
