Just got into this game this year. So many things to like about the game but God damn it's either playing against bots or hard-core players. Thanks for the vids, even if this is old. Definitely helping me out despite some frustration

I play against bots in hard mode and they will absolutely counter you to death. I actually have gotten more countered in bots mode than actual players. Given I probably get more careless in bot mode.

Have damages changed with patch notes? It seems that the most damaging uppercut variation now is cB -> fall down > A > jump A

That is solid. But depends on DI. And less consistent. Just easier to pull off for tutotial purposes lol if teaching a mass audience. But as for specifics I'd have to do some testing

Can you make a video on how serious the hacking issue is? Every day that I play Naraka Bladepoint is a day that I get paired up against a hacker or a group of hackers. EVERY SINGLE DAY! Plus, I report these people using auto-parry and ranged aim-assist hacks and not a single one of these hackers were successfully banned. I surely need that broomstick skin by now.

Hi Boba! I’m pretty new to Naraka and i’m having some difficulty landing the full air combos. I’ll do a left attack- uppercut and then when i land and right attack and they get knocked behind me in the wrong direction. i’m not sure what i’m doing wrong can you help me?!

Thats prolly because you mash left button in the air as soon as u got up, instead of falling down first, then jump into left clicks.

Can you make a video or shorts about countering specific character. Everything a Vajra appear, I just ran away. Fighting a Yueshan, almost got him, boom, he ultimate. Hope you get my point. Thanks! Unfortunately fighting characters is a lot too dependent on the BR situation. If they have a leg up on you. Not much you can do besides run away and then reengage when you have ult and they don't

Thanks for the video. I'll definitely be practicing these combos later. Tbh I didn't like the katana because I wasn't getting the damage as easily as some of the other weapons *cough* longsword *cough*. I think these combos and this tech will help change that though. Thanks Boba

the combos on katana do more damage than most and the oki options are huge making it actually one of the higher dps weapons imo

anyone know how this would convert to xbox? i.e. the combo's? I don't think I have ever seen myself do an uppercut with the katana and i already have 160,000 damage with it lol

Crouch vertical to uppercut. So first combo would be a crouch vertical, then wait to land, then horizontal light, then crouch vertical again. Risky slam after second crouch vertical would just be a vertical aerial I believe. If you’re on the basic control scheme for Xbox (RB= horizontal and RT= Vertical and LB= parry and LS= crouch) the first combo would be; LS-RT, land, RB, LS-RT, then optional risky Aerial RT. Hope that helps

great video i just wanna add that katana actually does have a toothpick combo into guaranteed launch just like longsword with LMB ive tested this with joreyo but it has to be the non sprinting version of LMB because it has more hitstun easiest way to do this is landing a non sprinting lmb -> short hop or dashing without going into a sprint -> lmb -> launch again great video very well put together
