I would recommend you buy a 3D printer. You could've just made one wooden baffle and printed adapter rings for the rest with bolt inserts. A lot less wood waste and time waste. But props to you for making them out of wood.

@@RAW-CAt I recently got the elegoo neptune 4 plus. Best value atm Imo for a little larger printer. It prints very fast and pretty reliably as long as you do regular tightening etc.

you could use screws and washers on the thicker part of the baffle so the washers hold the rings in place. Happy birthday to your wife! :D

@@GustavoRocha-gy1rf from my tests of just 3”(2019 mustang GT) I really liked the audison Voce! I loved my old infinity kappa perfect mid, but it won’t fit!! The focal flax was probably my second favorite. Also tested the kicker 2 in think it was? I bought the voce 3 ways! I’m pleased!

Wishing your wife wonderful Birthday and best wishes to your guys family from California USA! You can use small Neodymium magnet slugs from the hardware store drilled and glued set flush into both the baffle and adaptera all in the same location for each adapter to snap in and out of place, just a idea for quick strong speaker exchange.

Love the content :) Put the inserts first, after that make the chamber. This method allows you to let enough material around the inserts.

You should be fine without hard mounting the adapters, the fit looks plenty snug. Since you did everything out of MDF, if the adapters start to fit looser after multiple in's and out's, you could always wipe them with a damp cloth to tighten it up, the mdf will swell a bit with moisture. Great progress in a short amount of time, looking forward to the measurements!
