And Guinness contains tons of B vitamins, iron, potassium (and some other stuff too!) I've know a few Mom's who's doctors prescribed a Guinness a day to help during pregnancy for low blood counts. Also- the most common banana that we all love is the Cavendish, but from the 1800s to 1950s, the gros michel banana was very popular (until they suffered a blight). Most banana flavored things are based off this banana and is a good way to get an idea of it taste. Can't wait for your ladies' next episode!!!
