Can you tell a difference? I thought they say to cool rinse at the very end while rinsing out your final product aka deep conditioner. So does that mean you cool rinse twice? I do many steps to have healthy hair no matter what length I'm at. Also, to share healthy hair tips with my audience. I cut the red out of my hair to continue growing my hair since I knew I wasn't going to dye my hair red again. I don't plan on cutting my hair as I'm happy with how it's growing now.
