Bizhawk is a multi-platform emulator, he run libretro, cores from another emulators like SNES core, it's bsnes emulator into a new emulator (bizhawk), you just need to download some archives to run it: tasvideos.org/BizHawk.html *First you need to download pre-requiriments installer before running bizhawk. If you don't have windows 10 or use windows xp, they released a compatible version recently that works at 32 systems: tasvideos.org/Bizhawk/ReleaseHistory.html#Bizhawk1132 You just need to follow all single process to make your own TAS at bizhawk like any other emulator, sets the paths, configure hotkeys like you want. Saturn, PSX cores use bios, just paste them into firmware folder. For PS2 superplay I'm currently using pcsx2 1.5: www.emucr.com/2018/01/pcsx2-v15-re-recording-v101.html It's a bit harder to TAS on it, it's still isn't a perfect emulator to record (because they didn't make it to run well like TAS emulators at tasvideos), you can't configure hotkeys, but there's a wiki showing what are the keys you need to work: wiki.pcsx2.net/Hotkeys Also, like I said it wasn't made to run well, so many desyncs might occour, I really suggest to record from a save, just go to new record and choose "now" instead of "power on" option that you should progress better than going into power on mode, still desyncs might occour.

Infelizmente não, temos um "emulador de PC" que é muito limitado e mal aguentam rodar mugens 1.1, seria um sonho trazer mk9, no momento a única grande esperança é o rcps3 que só irá ficar bom próximo ano.
