I found in the spot where you jam the door, If you follow the pipe that you walk on to where it connects with the floor (against the left-side wall), you can place a deployable cover and simply jump onto it. Its much easier and eliminates the need to dolphin dive.

Yes correct this also works and also dolphin dive straight to the pipe I do find it very easy I won't lie to dolphin dive onto the door though its a great spot for infected especially if your friends can do it place your shields up top impossible to die 😂
