I wanted her since I first saw her in the Opera Epiclese back in 4.0. She, Neuvilette and Furina are now my "power trio" of Fontaine. Well, they will be, once I get Neuvi on his rerun lol. Glad all the rumours of her being a subpar standard banner character were all fake, and she turned out to be not only fun, but strong af.

It is not possible for one character to save an entire element on her own, but I think her damage is at the meta level even though she is a geo character. I wasn't thinking of getting her at first, so I've been saving up for Engulfing Lightning for months, but these damages really surprised me, I got Navia with 0 regrets and I'm happy.

In terms of teams, you could also consider her to drive dendro based teams. Her damage can fasten the pace of hyperbloom teams and she can also drive aggravate/quicken teams involving Yae Miko, Fischl, Nahida, etc. National Navia is also a classic focusing on the vape damage similar to the Xiangling teams you had. Honestly, she has so many teams where she can shine or help others shine its amazing!

I think it's worth mentioning that the first set of 3 shells increase her damage significantly more then the second set of 3. So using her E with 3 shells twice is significantly more damage then 6 shells once + no shells once. Depending on your comp you might not generate enough crystallizes to get 6 shells for every E use, so at times it might be smart to ration out what you can get to make sure you have at least 3 on every shot.

Noelle is surprisingly decent with Navia if you run her as your healer, due the the fact Noelle's burst state doesn't cancel when you swap. It does mean less field time for Navia but it generates a good amount of crystalize and is pretty comfy.

At first I was just putting together a team for friendship points but I've found that Navia,Furina,Charlotte and Albedo/Gorou works quite well together. I personally have been happy with Gorou(c6) in this case. While Navia can't make full use of his kit, the extra 20% cdam, the extra crystallize and his burst pulling the shards to the character is nice.

Hey IWTL! I really love your vids, straight to the point but very informative. I especially appreciate the weapon chart comparisons as it helps me decide whether or not to get signatures. I am really enjoying Navia and would love to see you test her out on this Hutao team I've been thinking ever since her announcement. Its with hutao, navia, zhongli, yelan and it goes like: zhongli shield => yelan e then q =>navia e then ult => hutao charge x7 or x8 > navia tap e then hold e => Repeat (skip navia e after ult after first rotation) My thoughts were, as a hutao main I really wanted some fast nuke dmg everytime Hutao is on cooldown(waiting for yelan/xingqui ult) but I couldn't really find a great character and ended up using yelan xingqui for it to also boost hydro rotation dmg and resonance. The problem is if there were some targets left where xingqui and yelans skills weren't enough to deal with them I'd activate hutao's skill early then waste it running to the next opponent. With this new team, I speculate that navia could still enter after hutao and make use of yelans ascension buff on ult where it reaches hightime as she goes in and uses her two skills charges. Not to mention double geo resonance seems better overall and with zhongli around it would always have uptime. My problem was that unfortunately yelan's hydro application without c2 is abit lacking for hutao and its really random whether hutao vapes or not. I had cases where only 4 CA vapes and cases where all 7 CA vapes(mobile player, hard time jump cancelling for 8. I was hoping to get your help to find patterns where I could guarantee all her charge attacks are vapes even if I dont throw 7 of em or find some workarounds/improvements with this team. Good guide thx, but i wanna add something as geo main here, and i think this info will be useful for some ppl: If you happen to have C6 Goro like me, you can give a try to Hyper team, like for example Navia/Albedo/Goro and elemental applicator, like Fishle, Kuki, Xingqui etc - just someone who will produce Crystallize. Yes i know she scales with Atk, but 1) Goro provide +15% GeoBonus 2) Resistance to interuption 3) +40% GeoCritDmg. 4) Buffs Albedo dmg, if he included 5) His Burst produce Crystallize non-stop and absorbs nearby shards, making it really easy to charge Navia's skill. 6) Provide small healing. 7) Produce a lot of energy with Favonious bow, so you can easily go 0 ER Navia and put everything into dmg. This is just one of the variants of course, i am not saying its best team, but its works great. 😊

I don't think she'll fit in Navia teams at all especially Furina teams. She's skill based meaning CR would do jack. In Furina teams, you'll find yourself really lacking crystalize reactions. You naturally need double geo and then Furina. Furina has meh hydro application and CR doesn't apply any.

I'm glad you mentioned the anemo option. Sucrose is actually a great fit in that Kazuha slot because of TTDS, it compensates for the lack of Geo resonance while buffing both Navia and Xiangling significantly

I think something that could save Geo is a reaction with dendro and Anemo… something like Erosion (Geo + Anemo) that could do a burst of Geo application and whoever’s hit by the reaction takes various ticks of damage or reduces general damage resistance. Also Root (Geo + Dendro), that could deal damage overtime and lock the enemy in place, but not stop it from moving like freeze, just no movement.

Sacrificial greatsword is for consistent burst for generating shards and shrapnels. Navia will have the burst ready before the cooldown. It makes the rotation flawless.

Ya outside of a reaction rework Geo characters from now on will likely mainly just be given high damage values or have kits that boost other Geo members in the team...i guess in theory future characters could have stuff in their kit where for each crystal they pick up either they get a damage boost or the buff they're giving to the team (if they're a support character) is increased for each crystal picked up...won't help pre Navia Geo characters much I guess but I guess most of them could still be used to create crystals for said potential characters if nothing else thus giving them some utility.

Yeah, why would Hoyo do anything to try to pull Geo out of the bottom of the trash heap right? But at least Navia's good. She does like 300k per rotation. Only a little less than a Xinyan burst or Candace skill nuke. And compared to other 5 star nukes like Raiden's slash or a low-end Eula burst, she does nearly 1/4 the damage per rotation if she's fully buffed and her skill crits both times. So good! Jesus Christ, seriously, what's wrong with you people?

I feel like she is best for a team suited to her, but I've been having a ton of fun and success with using her as a subDPS in a Noelle team with Furina. Just the periodic nukes she provides grant a lot of frontloading of the damage, and really elevate the team's performance to new heights

Bennet + Navia + Furina + Zhongli = insane I struggle getting enough shards sometimes since Furina's hyrdo app isn't quite enough, but my jaw fell to the floor when my level 40 talents 1-1-1 Navia did 100K dmg with her E with a Serpent's Spine and 2pc Golden Troupe + 2pc Gladiator and her NA's deal up to 20k dmg at level 1 like bro she's nuts.

You swap bennett with kuki bcs she can heal as much as bennett. You may lose the dmg buff from bennett but as a compensation, you get crystala faster plus additional electrocharge reaction which can be high as kuki scales of em

I’m planning on using her with a quick swap Lyney and geo traveller. The idea is to build traveler for damage because they actually have pretty decent scalings. Rotations rely on Lyney’s skill and burst as opposed to his charged shots for Lyney damage. Traveler will be on Petra. Rotation: Navia burst -> two Lyney charged shots -> Bennett skill burst-> traveler skill burst -> Lyney skill burst -> Navia skill.

The most underrated role for her is as an archaic Petra support. She can act as a quick swap sub dps doing decent damage while using her hold E to absorb crystals to provide buffs to, for example a mono hydro team.

I run Navia with Albedo, Furina, and Charlotte. I've been using Song of Days Past on Charlotte and the misconception is just how people use it, I think. The damage is tacked on to the base effect that deals it; meaning it scales right alongside everything else that is scaling on the attack. After numerous tests I get far, far more damage out of it than I do with Ocean-hued Clam over time, but ONLY on a character whose attack is getting juiced by multipliers in some fashion. The biggest problem I have with SoDP, though, is that ANYTHING can use the proc and I typically run Furina. Ultimately it doesn't matter since I'm blasting through everything anyway, but it is REALLY hard to time its full effect in the middle of a fight when Furina's Skill can use up the charges as well. It is for that reason I am considering Noblesse just so I don't have to think about it, lol. I'll keep the set around for when I'm doing Abyss and use it with the non-Furina half of my teams; it really isn't as bad as people say it is. Also, I don't believe it has a cooldown; you wait 6s for the stored value to become the buff and then you have 5 attacks or 10s to use it. If you use it fast enough (very likely) you can go right into charging another one. Ocean-hued Clam has a delay of 3s for the stored charge and then 3.5s before you can begin charging another, so they're actually really similar in that regard.

So Zhongli is of course the best Geo character to run with Navia in the Abyss, but for my overworld team I actually opted for Yunjin. She's great because you can swap her on, do a quick E to generate some crystals, and then use her burst right before Navia uses her E so that Navia's Ns after that will get Yunjin's atk. bonus. Plus, if Yunjin has the Fav. Lance, she'll be generating extra particles too. So while Navia, Bennet, XL and Zhongli are probably the 'optimal' Abyss team, don't be afraid to use other characters in the oveworld for fun purposes because Navia's damage is so fantastic anyway.

Geo has always been my favourite. Not the craziest dmg but consistent and i don't have to worry about reactions. My itto mono geo team has been the biggest help in abyss so I'm glad the element is finally getting more characters. Navia is definitely a step up in damage considering her insane multipliers and the fact that she can buff herself, unlike Itto. But I still love both. They work in different ways but they both work really well. I've been having a ton of fun with Navia, she feels very dynamic! Unfortunately I don't have Furina but she can fit into any comp

Her kit and dmg as C0 for casual players is very good, I tested her C0r0 in abyss 12 with multiple wp, artifact, teams setup with and without Furina, on field and quick swap, 1st half and 2nd half. Basically every runs feel smooth and the difference in clear time is very small, 1m 30~40s for 1st half and 1m to 1m10s for 2nd half, regardless her talent is not yet maxed (6-8-6)

I tried her with albedo, theoretically he's a great support for her, then you run into the issue that anything in breathing range of his flower shatters it which quickly becomes frustrating enough that I am unironically running itto and quickswap chucking bulls to greater effect. It's a shame but as a character he (albedo) is fundamentally broken, no amount of stats will change it, and I am reminded of this every time I attempt to use him.

Navia kit is deceptive. At first you think that her shotgun is where most of the damage came form but turns out she actually dish a lot of damage from every single of her kit. Her infused normal attack can easily reach 10k-15k unbuffed. Her ult uptime is basically infinite (I have Skyward Pride with her) so even if the damage doesn't looks much it actually piles up a lot over time. My Navia is still sub-optimal with 2 AP - 2 gladiator set because I'm very unlucky with the new artifact but she easily goes toe to toe with my Neuviellete. Also.. she's super fun to play. Like.. it's just pure unga-bunga chaos. She's always protected with crystalize shield her ult is basically active all the time and you definitely will be having something like Fischl, or Furina summon in the background doing their own thing so everything in your screen feels like utter chaos and yet you can just ignore it and focus on your unga bunga safely thanks to the shield. Definitely 10/10 character gameplay wise. I actually have her with Xingqiu and Furina and it's basically party.

Hoyo finally admitted that ability to apply the Geo element is actually a kit flaw and started to balance around that by adding crazy multipliers. So now we have this monster unit that can fit into every single team regardless of element or type and at high investment could probably solo most of the content. Normally this is bad game design but because it's Navia, I don't mind. There can never be too much Navia in my teams

Its not really recommended but i really like running ayaka, mona, diona and navia. The idea is that the freeze is purely for extra crit rate while you have massive frontload dmg from both ayaka and navia, while mona just boosts the dmg

AP gives her longevity honestly. When the community gets exhausted of her being lead dps, it gives her the chance to be a quick swap sub dps that buffs other units like your Neuvillette and furina.

I used SoBP on her, got my Navia 3.3k+ attack and additional attack speed, only downside is that the 2nd stats which is the Physical damage bonus. I dont have any good claymore to use but SoBP works kinda well

If u use furina with her, you might also try xiao's artifact set since she already gets crit rate from her weapon

Tip: you can jump cancel her hold skill to save bullet stacks. She loses a skill proc, but if the enemy repositions, it is better than losing those bullets. And it is great in the overworld.

Maybe I’m delusional but I’m hopeful that they’ll release more viable claymore options for us F2P players, I mean sword users have Harbinger of Dawn, polearm users The Catch or White Tassel, Bow users have tons of good f2p options and Catalysts have well… Thrilling tales of dragon slayers which is basically a 6 star weapon. But then Claymore users have very little options when it comes to dps at least and they are not really good so I hope Hoyo gives us more viable F2P options

The new 4* event claymore coming in the next week is going to be pretty good; high base attack, ER substat and an attack bonus for every Melusine in Merusea Village you help. It'll be good on Navia and would be good on most of the other claymore units.

4pc nighttime whisper need E to proc and last 10s. Her 1st E will most probably used up all the bullets(c0 f2p scenerio) and have to get as many bullets as possible within the 10s to benefit from the 50% geo dmg bonus

At the start of the rotation, you have 0 bullets, so you could do 1 E to activate the set, get energy for her Q as well. By the time you rotate the whole team, her E will finish its cd

@@naotonhan5253 Not necessarily, if you use other elements and then Zhongli shield or Albedo E, then she can easily get 3 bullets even before you swap on her.

@@bhushan_88 yeah, but what I'm saying is you could pretty much use the 1st E at the start of the rotation to get energy, activate the set at no expense. Because once you rotate back to her to deal dmg, her E is already back, so it's not a waste to use the 1st E with full bullets to trigger the set

What i don't like about her kit is the use of crystallize. Because she uses that reaction, the chances of geo being reworked to have better reactions than just crystallize is not great. It wasn't good to begin with...
