I personally can’t stand these. People ride them on the pavements and I had one pass me at speed from behind. If I had just stepped to the left he would have hit me with some velocity too. I just think these should be licensed and should be on the road like a full push bike. I dunno, I feel like a right oledun saying this lol.. But I swear I was nearly hit by one of these and it frightened me to death. It would have knocked me flying if it had hit me and without doubt it would have hurt me at speed.

@b3nmk2 it will get to the legal top speed with just a twist. Slowing down speed depends on the road and incline.
