Yes, it is confirmed and this news is all over the internet. However there are 2 concerns. 1st is regarding the price whether it will be near these deals or not. 2nd we are not sure if it is going to be launched in India next month as in official notification you can see that they have mentioned US, UK, Europe and Japan. Even though technical specifications will remain same. I won't be canceling my order and suggest you the same. But if there is no price constraint for you and you can risk the longer wait then you can proceed with it. 😉
