It works very well, used it for 5 month. I would say a 10% increase in fullness/pump during erections. I’m 45 years old and in good shape.

I don't know if i'm doing something wrong or if i have a faulty device, but it started burning me even on level 2-3, even though I applied the gel generously. Stopped using it because i was afraid it might do more damage than good

I agree it’s a little tricky to use. I squirt a good lump of gel into a small dish and only use my left hand to reapply during treatment. It dries out really quickly so you sometimes need to reapply as you move down the shaft. There are some design improvements for sure but if you’re patient and careful it really pays off. Looking forward to newer models. I think the device would be easier if you could hold it with 1 hand.

I am not an engineer. I can only tell you that treatment hurts a lot without gel.

The manufacturer needs to work harder on making the device less fiddly and more practical. Otherwise, it is a good addition to ED therapy. ❤

Hey Dr, sitting is already a penis retracting posture which increases the difficulty of the device in reaching the desired part of shaft/base of penis. In the future, can improve the design of the device in addressing this issue and to reduce the bulkiness in enhancing users’ experience.
