Are any of you out there road and/or gravel riders? Should we continue doing more road and gravel specific content?

What sizes are the helmet you're trying on?

Nice lineup. I like Lazer, Giro, and POC helmet.

POC can having a polarizing look, you either love it or hate it. But looks aside, mine has been the most comfortable helmet I’ve ever used for gravel riding. Tons of airflow and the glasses dock works super well

Great video: well moderated! Xatching up on the breathing hey?! Quick question: the Smith helmet with the honeycomb structure: does this also function as a line of defence against, yes, bees (!) and wasps 🐝 Not un-important when riding gravel/road during (high) summer. Asking for a(n allergic) friend…. 😅

If you're asking whether the holes are large enough to let bees and wasps easily pass through, we would say no. The Koroyd is truly about the same width of a straw and deep enough to where they would have to actually wiggle through or fly through perfectly straight to get to your head. We're not saying that it's impossible for that to happen, but we wouldn't worry about it.

We use POC helmets for all the types of gravel and mixed terrain rides. Great quality, extremely light and very cool looking!

I love riding gravel to compliment the MTB.

I have Prevail 3. An okay helmet but way overpriced for the quality. At least Specialized have been excellent to deal with. A very poor design aspect is that the pads have a plastic backing and this doesn't allow airflow through the pad so it can dry out as you move. The sweat just drips down your face and sunglasses. Also, the pads often come off so you'll be having to realign the pads almost every time you take the thing off. Prevail vent 2 was better.
