You're a lifesaver bro, I'm trying to make generate background art for a UK based anime pilot I'm making, but I'm using a 1060 GTX, before this i was trying to generate 4k resolution art and it was taking forever with little control over the upscale settings, so you have saved me alot of time

Very good tutorial thanks! Now if you use sd webui forge, in text to image, there is a new button on the left that looks like a star. It's a very good upscaler too. So press this button and Follow the rest of the tutorial to image to image... it's really 4 times better

After trying this, I got horrible results when leaving the prompt in. Filled with deformities. Much better with prompt removed.

as I understand you should only used quality boosting or material based prompts along with low-ish denoise.

One of the things im still trying to figure out is, when doing multi time upscalling, if I intend to upscale 3x for example, should I uscale to 2x, then do a 1x OR 1x 1x 1x OR 1.5x and 1.5x. Wonder if one way or the others actually better.

Have you tried it when the original images used ADetailer? I assume you wouldn't use it again since it dramatically changes images and would hopefully just be redundant.
