Weirdly, once I accepted this is NOT an assassins creed game... I actually enjoyed the game more, I think that's why people are hating it, they are treating it like an AC game.

It's cause this game was supposed to come out in 2018, and they delayed it so many times and they giving us this. All they had to do was blagflag with updated graphics and gameplay and make it online.

I never played Black Flag so this feels completely new to me and I’ve really enjoyed it. But I can understand how some people might have really liked black flag and wanted more elements from that. Thank you for your comment!

Seems kind of odd to see this game as an AC game. Sure the game takes a lot of inspiration from black flag, but you can tell the game doesn't copy and paste the features. Looks like they took what was good with black flag, and made it better. I never once saw this game as an AC game, just like I never saw any of their other titles as AC games.

@@ProudFatherofTwo what do you mean? It offers quite a lot of content right out of the gate. And the enemies aren't just mindless drones. They will actually react to what you are doing, by helping you out and the factions will even attack each other.

I'm honestly really impressed with the game. I will admit, I have still been experiencing some crashing. But remember, this is only MY experience. So please take that with a grain of salt. There may be others that haven't experienced crashes at all. Other than that, that gameplay has been really smooth. The ship combat has been super fun and I really enjoy the flexibility in setting up your ship. You got torpedos, mortars, rockets, bombard cannons, demi-cannons, culverin cannons. And then on top of that you have enhanced versions of those weapons that each offer various status effects and perks. Quests and bounties aren't in short supply, and they vary as well. The game doesn't limit you to doing okly one thing. You can hunt, loot, plunder, fight. Shoot you can even run your own rum smuggling ring and Opium den. I would definitely recommend this game.

I was crashing quite a bit when I first tried the beta and once I updated my bios I have yet to crash since. Just in case that might be a fix

Curious what made you think it was an AC game in the first place?

I knew it wasn't an AC game, but reading up on the game for beta I saw tons of people complaining about how it didn't have "this or that" from the AC Black Flag game. I never played that game so I don't have anything to base it off of other than my time playing now, which I have enjoyed ;)

Ooooops! I meant to add a buying screen there, not the sell screen, sorry! It would work the same though except for buying: look for green arrows pointing down, sometimes there might not be anything cheap at a particular trader

I want to convey to those who are just planning to play this wonderful game! don't listen to anyone! all sorts of corrupt bloggers (I don’t mean the author), also don’t forget that bloggers are recruited by other gaming campaignies of competitors to deliberately denigrate the new released project! be careful who you look at! play the Skull and Bones game for fun! I played the entire beta and early access and I can say that this is a good game about pirates! they are fun! and good sea battles!
