There’s a pin key to remove the handle to make it easy to screw the bolts in. It’s on the same key ring as the keys.

ONE YEAR LIFE SPAN MAX: according to the manual, the battery cannot be replaced, and the battery life is 8-12 months! So expect a year lifespan and then have to replace the unit! see pages 26-27 of the manual. The other problem I had was working temperature 23F to 131F....it might not work for most of the winter here in Montana where it is colder than 23F.

Did you experience a problem with a second user? I have added the second user in all ways possible, with a share account, with code, with fingerprints and nothing works (for the second user). The first user is fine. Can't figure out why even a numerical code won't work for my second user. Frustrating

I didn’t. My second user has a finger print instead of a code. That was so much better than the code. I am just doing a single code for guest and visitors only. The are made to be temporary as they are named.

Mine isn’t charging after 6 months using it, what about yours ?

@@ThamaraHolt I have not had to charge mine yet. Granted I have mine on a bedroom door. So it doesn’t get much traffic usage. It is still at 98%
