dis video helped me a lot. but even tho my laptop should usaly have 60 fps on gta IV whitout the setings. now it has 60 fps with the setings, while it did help me get the fps i should have i did not get 140 or at least 90 fps like you said. could you help me a bit and tell me what other mods you used? or how i could get more fps. and i also want to know if i should use x64 or x32. i have x64

WE ARE Not idiot you are using a Good pc having 3GB gpu to run gta 4 and Making a video how to run game smoothly for low-end pc you are literaly making a mistake that u don't know how it feels to a person having not dedicated GPU in his pc and want to run game smooth and playable at IGPU only with 1st OR 2nd gen of intel/amd .

I thought GTA 4 had a cap of 60 fps. It aint going a single frame above that in my PC.The FPS is always at 60 whether Im moving or standing. Any solutions for this ?

@@QuandalePdinglenut no, you dont, if you run gta 4 at more then 60 your asking for problems. it is going to stutter to hell, and if your monitor's 60hz then there is no benefit to going above 60 at all
