If you take Unsealed Spellbook on Ultimate Spellbook, and exchange the taken ultimate for a summoner spell, then after using that spell you get back a placeholder with 0 cooldown and no effect. Occured to me on Zoe today. Let's just say, having permanent 80% more movespeed was fun.
