Just found your channel, nice! My initial search was investigating painting an older Snap-On roll cab after I do the cracks in frame, that Snap-On would NOT warranty. Anyhow, I want a painted surface that''s chemical and chip resistant for an everyday work box. Tnx!

You should also add that after you activate the clear, you have 48 hrs to use it.

Good point! However you can extend the life of a 2K clear by keeping it cool in the fridge. I’ve some leftover 2K clear that’s been in my fridge for 6 weeks and I just tested it and it still appears to spray fine. It hasn’t hardened. I’m not sure I would want to use it on my car now, but this does demonstrate that the 48hr window can be extended.

Suggestion for your video - don’t speed up the video when you show yourself applying the paint or clear. Speed of application is important so it would be good to see exactly and accurately how fast you apply your paint and clear. Otherwise, great video and great result. 👍
