You will need to usually fill in 10th and 12th grade marks. However, check the university application and fill in accordingly, they would have mentioned what you will have to enter.

Hey! If you are sure of the course and university, then you can get started with other things like admission essays immediately and still make it. As long as you submit the application before the given deadline, there is no problem.

8 is considered as a decent cgpa. And with 6 cgpa it would be hard to get into the top colleges. However, if you have a particular reason why there was a drop in cgpa you can explain that in your essay and might increase your chances of getting an admit.
