a random tip is for ppl who struggle to stay hydrated, i suggest adding lemons or cucumbers into your water. (cold is preferred). it tastes really refreshing and helps me stay hydrated. 💗

Actually on the weather app on your phone you can check the UV index! If it's 2 or below there's no need to wear sunscreen but if it's 3 or over then it's necessary. It also depends on how long you stay outside for so just keep this in mind 💛
