Coach Kim, thank you for this video! Got lots of minor injuries and aches after picking up tennis in my 30s. This helps a lot with mobility issues, and even power on serve and groundstrokes. I follow along this video the night before every tennis match. Thank you so much again! You enriched my life :)

What about the difference between static (stretch and hold) vs dynamic stretches.. there is a theory that pre-match stretching should be dynamic. However some of the stretches here are static. Any comments on that?
