Yes it is also a truth...that due the migration of Bengali people in Tripura...the face of Tripura..what u are watching today is the reason....ek school bhi nehi Kiya tumlogo Raja ne...1947 mei ek college Kiya mbb bas itna hi....no university,no school, no technical and non technical college, no development in agriculture and farming, no development in small scale based industry, no iti, no jobs , no power plant , no electricity, no water , no train , no communication media etc...the list is huge. Just large large palaces 😂..and nothing for common people...don't forget tripuri revolt, don't forget jamatia revolt in 1863, don't forget reang revolt in 1943-45, and many more....and also don't forget where ur kings beheaded a thousand of thousands people to stop this revolt.....so blame ur kings not us. We converted a intensely, backward, naxalism, terrorism proof tripura to a better tripura...yaa I know there are still some part which remain untouched...but they will be also developed soon.

In West Bengal, Bheti, hilsa are generally uesd for preparation of fish paturi and small pieces of fish are used. Onions are not used, mustard pest, oil are main ingredients.

***Correction*** Not Bangladesh; it was পূর্ববঙ্গ (Purba Banga), i.e., East Bengal, which was a province of India for at least 2,000 to 3,000 years. Bangladesh only came into existence in 1971. Ninety percent of Bengalis in Tripura are of East Bengal origin, not Bangladesh. Bangladesh is a very recent concept. In fact, my grandmother is older than Bangladesh.

Kindly read out my comment to him, tell him that as an Indian citizen here in this video all I see is love and cultural exchange. In a country as diverse as ours here you have a North Indian person who is coming to North East and enjoying the delicacies. It shouldn't come as offensive to anyone that the food you showed him had Bengali dishes mostly. Bordering territories do share similarities on food, language, clothing. Nothing surprising here. I had food at the younger brothers' hotel next to this one when I visited Tripura last year. The Food was ok ok . Bengali hotels in dimapur have better taste and not forgetting the value for money without being overpriced like in Tripura. I have had vegetarian food in many places but the veg food here was way overpriced . Anyway , I was able to convince the hotel owner to give me free mishti doi since the veg lunch was below par .😊

না বাংলাদেশী স্টাইলের কথা না। পূর্ব বঙ্গ স্টাইলের কথা। কারণ ত্রিপুর 90 শতাংশ বাঙালি 1947 সালের ভারত ভাগের পর,1964 তে আর 1971 এ ঠিক আগে অত্যাচারের জন্য পূর্ব বঙ্গ তথা পূর্ব পাকিস্তান থেকে বিতাড়িত হয়ে বা কেউ ধর্ম ও প্রাণ বাঁচানোর জন্য ত্রিপুরাতে এসেছে। শুধু 10 শতাংশই হবে যারা বাংলাদেশ হওয়ার পর একই ধর্মীয় অত্যাচার সহ্য করতে না পেরে ত্রিপুরাতে এসেছে। ধন্যবাদ
