Originally planning a day of sport fishing - a must-do in Cabo due to its reputation as a marlin hotspot - we adjust our plans due to a cold. Instead, we embark on a leisurely exploration of the harbor, indulging in the local culinary scene and observing the day's impressive catches, from dorado to marlin, being cleaned and celebrated at the docks. The sight of seals begging for scraps adds a touch of whimsy to our waterfront stroll.
Despite our change in plans, Cabo's lively marina, lined with exquisite yachts, fishing boats, and an array of dining and shopping options, offers us plenty to see and do. From pirate party boats to high-end boutiques and thrilling excursions, Cabo San Lucas proves to be a destination that caters to every taste and adventure.

Was a little worried about you guys as it had been quite a while since a post. Sorry you are sick. I gave up my time share in Cabo last year - way too much traffic and noise and packed when cruise ships come in. Learnt to never go down to the Marina on a day when a cruise ship in port. Love your videos

We caught some beautiful tuna in Mexico. But they charge you a lot of money to go out to sea and then they keep you fish and also get a lot of money for them

The best part of Cabo is just a walking tour by yourselves.....I went there once on a 2.5 hour ship tour that turned out to be a 4.5 hour time share sales pitch for Los Cabos.....people were leaving and the bus driver was trying to get us to stay.....but outside the time share hotel there were plenty of cabs to take everyone back to the ship as they were expecting us........BTW:Whiskey is the cure......

Sorry you are feeling a bit rubbish - Cabo the bit you went to didn't look worth getting of the boat for tbh - I'd stay on board, get room service, use the balcong and focus on getting back to 100% - you've got stops coming up soon. At least when you are feeling poorly on the boat, there are people to help look after you :) Look forward to the next stop - LA? and you being back to full speed!

We definitely voted for option 1! We are very excited to see some of those exciting ports such as madagascar, and thinking of going deep sea fishing on the island of Reunion. So many exciting places that we probably would never be able to visit.

We did end up at the ships doctor and tested for covid which was negative. Just a cold and cough that takes a long time to get over. Lost my voice for a few days too. We are on the mend and are ready to visit our next port in a couple of days. Mo orea.
