The interraction dialogues were like a dream come true. Wish there was SVC2 with more characters and cut-scenes too. Connecting all chars in the same universe. CVS always felt like an unreal story but SVC had elements that felt real since due to dialogues we were able to imagine them being in the same universe and doing adventures later on.

Yeah one of my favorite things was Kyo vs Demitri.Or how Mr.Karate and Akuma immediately accept death and intentionally let themselves die in a clash attack.They even mention stuff that makes it seem like this is post KOF 97+other SNK characters vs post Super Street Fighter 2 + other Capcom characters.And combined with what we know in the comics,a good bunch of the characters are straight dead.

Backgrounds on the other hand make it look like a bad 80s game. Art direction here is quite simply pathetic. Doesn't even look like a full game, looks like a demo or something. Go watch any KOF '94 clip then tell me what you think. KOF '94 was just light years ahead of this.
