With that information we can confirm some things. Ninon is the MOST popular Maximum Impact character, she is still very popular and has official merchandise in Japan. Lilly Kane is a fan favorite there. Maybe that's why Lilly appears in KOF XIII as a cameo wearing her alternate costume from MI and was originally going to be playable in SNK Heroines Tag Team Frenzy. Lien is just as popular as Mai! Yay! 🎉 The British Assassin is just as hot as Japan's Best Kunoichi 🥰 Japanese players love Clark. The fact that he is more popular than Terry, Kyo, Iori and Ralf. But can you blame them? Clark is so cool 😎 Maybe that's why Clark got an awesome design in KOF Destiny and one of the best fights in that show.

Much as I am personally gratified by this information, I'm also privvy to the fact that the Maximum Impact series wasn't at all popular in Japan sadly. If you read what the author of Kairai Choukyou says about MIA, it's pretty apparent indeed he was in the minority for liking this particular version of KoF. Seriously, I bought all three versions of the PS2 game for around $20 on Yahoo Auction a while back... that's how totally unpopular they all were. (T_T) Don't get me wrong: no one more than I would love for Ninon & Lilly to be expanded upon as characters beyond what we already have, but you can almost guarantee the Americans wouldn't go for it (I bet that's why Lilly didn't appear in SNK Heroines as well, not that I really care about that myself because it's a bloody terrible game with an extremely dumb premise overall).

Ninon has one of the best designs in the MI games. Like her blue alternate color with the make up and her cute little hat, so adorable 😊 I would love to see her and her sister Mignon in a new KOF game or in a sequel of SNK Heroines.

1:45 Ninon and Kula's special intro is different in KOF Maximum Impact Regulation A Instead of being afraid of Ninon, Kula is fascinated by her dress and admits that she would like to wear something like that. 4:48 Probably she already sensed that there is something dark behind Soiree. 4:57 Soiree likes pretty girls, like Kula and Mignon ;) 6:26 Kim would be proud of you Chae Lim. To be fair, Ninon is not a good girl.

Ninon was an unused design for Mignon: also Ninon loses to her sister twice (here and in regulation A). It’s also worth noting Ninon was always a bad child and would get scolded by her parents and grandmother: therefore that lack of closeness to her grandmother (she was close to her but it’s implied heavily Mignon was the apple of her grandmother’s eye and the one who always believed in her powers) is why she is canonically not as good as her sister and hasn’t defeated her, with her being true to self centered teens and never understanding why. Also in early builds of the game Ninon’s hair and dress were more complex with physics as well, but this caused a permanent frame rate drop whenever she was selected so they simplified her design a bit and removed the physics, otherwise her character model is completely unique even in Regulation A.

Just out of interest, where exactly did you get this information, because it isn't in her bio in the original mook for MIA I have because I translated it myself? In fact, it pretty much states the opposite, that Mignon was always the incompetent one, setting fire to trees and stuff, while Ninon coolly saves them both from a wild dog with very little effort whatsoever at the end of the day. (^_^;) (What you state there regarding her design is absolutely correct, however.)

Ninon Beart's design (the default one) looks like prototype 2B 😆 Ninon came first. Speaking of Ninon, she got a redesign just a few years ago made by Falcoon for an official KOF merchandise. He is working for SNK again.

Posso sugerir um tema? Fazer 1v1, máxima quantidade de rounds. Aí você controla ambos os personagens. Dá pra fazer uma coreografia top. Tipo TAS Mignon vs TAS Ninon. No final, você deixa cada uma com uma unha de HP, e faz as duas tentando acertar golpes e um show de desvios, sabakis, parries, teletransportes, pulos e sidesteps. Prende muito porque não dá pra saber quem vai vencer. Nunca te pedi, nada! Hahaha Tem o canal de um coreano chamado Maina Highway que faz com Tekken. Ele faz Arcade e 1v1. Esse último são os que eu curto muito, apesar de todas as categorias serem muito boas, tipo os que você faz. PS: Tem dois combos que eu descobri, tanto da Luise quanto da Mignon que eu postei na interwebs, caso queira uma inspiração.

Although not her best outfit (that would be her red dress in my opinion), looking like she fell in a tub of Lilly's laundry bluing, this is certainly an impressive TAS. It's quite funny actually, because I hardly used her teleport move at all in my playthroughs as I could not get to grips with how random it seemed, yet still somehow managed to finish the kumite. Heh, I guess I need to revisit this one again sometime and give it another try. (^_~) As an aside, Ninon still remains my favourite KoF character period, which isn't that bad for a character I accidentally clicked on. I've got quite a bit of merchandise of her (the games, mooks, models, doujinshi, foamboard, etc.), including the custom image you can see in my profile pic by Tetsu that I got made up into a medium-sized daki. Wish there was more, but I don't see that happening unless there is a major change in attitude towards Falcoon's work, which is highly doubtful at best. (--_--)
