I have both, and recently I’ve been using dragoneer more, better fire rate and no delay makes up for the damage diff

Ulti is an old weapon. Weapons designed in that time where ultimatum came out looks very weird, because they had another designers working there. The nowadays designers did a very good design work. 👍🏻

Good panic button even if you aren't 3 cat spamming. IF someone charges you down you can just switch to it from any weapon you're normally spamming and one shot them.

Deadly ice is if you can’t 3 cat and just want a weapon too spam with, ultimatum can be useful when your facing 1 player but only has 1 ammo and the dragoneer is just ultimatum but with more ammo in exchange for not 1 shotting at body
