Too bad it doesn’t come with batteries and two too bad that the remote doesn’t turn the volume of the TV up or down or mute but the view Bluetooth works now I have to wait till the company opens to try to reach them by phone to ask them what the heck is wrong? Other reviews I was hesitant, but went ahead and bought this sound bar and I hope I don’t have to return it like some of the other reviews. Sad as we don’t bargain for this kind of runaround we just simply think stuff like this would work once we plug it in.
