Wouldn't it be better for Buzzwole to run P-UP instead of Superpower so then it's more consistent? You leave a positive match-up with energy and an attack boost.

Buzzwole is a pretty difficult pokemon to run with its moveset flexibility. P-UP does make your counters hit harder but you lose out on hard hitting charge moves which you may need to finish off a pokemon vs barely finishing off a pokemon. It's not bad because P-UP is good but it's mostly based on preference for people if they rather want a move that hits harder vs a fast move pressure damage.
