You demonstrated the one function of that thing that does not need to be demonstrated. Lol. Obviously it would chop amd dice fairly well. It's all the other attachments that everyone is curious about.

@ Dee's opinions, Excellent demonstration video. This is how kitchen gadgets should be demonstrated. In real time with real food. Your audio sucks. Can barely hear you. Otherwise, a really good video. Thank you for posting.

I bought one it is great love it better than a LOUD blender u can chop just as you want the only thing worst was trying to shred the carrots sliced my finger like a razor OUCH!

Use your fingers to swipe off the leaves of cilantro or other herbs from the stem (I don't like to use them anyway). It chops up the leaves pretty good. I found one of these in new condition super cheap at a thrift store. I didn't want to spend $30! I never thought of putting cucumber in my salsa but it would work great for tzatziki sauce and after chopping you could mix it all in there, too.
