Screw outdoor Vitals. Charged me $40 to return a jacket that didn't fit. Said it had stains. Yet I never wore it

How did you know it didn’t fit if you never wore it

That chair coming with a ground sheet is the best feature, i have the helinox and had to buy the ground sheet that is a must! I need to start looking into some summer gear... only have a 0 degree setup atm 😂

It is a really cool design. Unfortunately the Chair Zero is much more comfortable. I was very disappointed in the Moonlite Elite 😒

Kool Kit... thanks for the share. I enjoy seeing what other parts of the planet use. Over time, I have really enjoyed my "pack pod" bags from Hyperlight and Six Moon. Love my 20 degree UGQ (rarely too cold for it here), and Kammok 🧡🧡🧡(firebelly ?) . I ❤gear! 👴. Man that tent looks sweet!👀

Cool. Looking forward to hearing your impressions on the tent and pack. Nice you're back to quilts. I just picked up a 40 degree HG top quilt to go along with the 20 degree. I'm done with sleeping bags.

Review of the CS40 coming very soon! I haven’t given up on sleeping bags, I’m actually about to take a Feathered Friends on a 6 day trip this month. But glad to have found what I’ve needed out of a quilt.

Thanks! Soon, it's just been too cold here to get my kids out. They really don't like being cold, ha ha! I'll have some info on the Mayfly soonish. Busy few weeks ahead. :)

I'm such a slingfin fan boy, splitwing is my daily driver, and the portal 1 is a close second. I'm really curious about the danner shoes, I used their boots for long time
@BackcountryExposure6 ай бұрын
I'd love to give the Portal 1 a try! Slingfin is rad for sure! I've been wearing the Trail 2650 shoes for a few years now. Pretty much the only shoes I hike in at this point. Been very happy with them.

@@BackcountryExposureIt appears you have both the Danner 2650 waterproof and non-waterproof models. Do you have any preferences?

Thank you! Yes, I am going to be! I’ve just relaunched my Etsy store and finally have my sewing gear back in my house. Hope to have some available toward the end of the month. I’m out on a few trips in the coming weeks.

I can tell you I haven’t gotten hip bruising since I tried to do a three-day backpacking trip with a base weight of around 17 lbs using a backcountry skiing backpack. So, maybe that is not the backpack for the weight you’re taking.
