popper999999 omega is a game type, that makes every character broken. It's a fun game mode not meant to be taken seriously. Omega can be used online but not in Ranked. Omega isn't allowed at tourney's. It's not the same as AE and AE 2012.

QUESTION, How does Gootecks pull off charge moves so fast? When he's playing with Balrog, he'll do 1 charge move and then like a second later he does another. Does charging change for everyone in Ultra, I dont have it yet I only have AE

You just start charging for the second move immediately after you do the first.

for instance, if you do the dash punch with balrog, the minute you press forward and punch to execute the move after charging back, you immediately go to down back again, before balrog even starts the animation for the dash punch.

There is also turn punch that I think uses just a charged button press, so he can continue to either charge back, or charge the button press while the other move is in use.

you can actually start holding back before you execute the punch with charge characters....that was explained pretty poorly. UMMMM, ok, you know how osnic boom is hold back then forward+punch? you can charge buffer by doing charge back, forward+back+punch, and the sonic boom will come out, with back already being held, check out a charge buffering tutorial to see a proper explanation
