JJ Tech's patented ULTRA-FLOW process stands out as a system that can produce significant cost-effective results for the oil and gas operator.
The JJ Tech ULTRA-FLOW System combines a highly efficient, patented down hole jet pump with a surface - mounted diaphragm pump to create the needed artificial lift in a well where pressure has decreased over time.
The ULTRA-FLOW System consists of a power plant, an electrical control panel, the surface -- mounted diaphragm pump, and the downhole jet pump, along with valves, coiled tubing, flow meters and controls.
The entire system, with the exception of the tubing and jet pump, is firmly mounted to a skid measuring four feet wide and six feet long, which is delivered via flat bed truck.
Because there are no sucker rods associated with the ULTRA-FLOW System, there is virtually no wear and tear on the production tubing.
This eliminates the need for costly shut downs and the resulting loss of production.
However, should the down hole pump ever need to be retrieved, it can be brought to the surface by reversing the flow from the tubing to the casing annulus.
It takes less than an hour to retrieve the down hole jet pump from a Woodbine formation well thirty five hundred feet underground. This also includes inspecting the parts and reinstalling the pump carrier.
