Honestly, the biggest thing is recognizing when you should be put in a soft room (aka when you're on s**cide watch) and need to back up. Everyone notices when he gets a 3-5 man punch and pops off, but nobody likes to "waste" their charged punch by backing up. I started paying much more attention to the decision making and it makes a world of difference. It's not just the K/D increase, but general utility for the team is overall much better when you're alive. Just the threat of punching can delay their push by making them use key cool downs more so than actually going in.

I usually play Doom into 3-4 hard counters and bait cooldowns for my team and then explode. In QP. It's fun

My advice to you guys is to look at it with a glass half full. If doom is decent then counters will be more prevalent. Embrace the counters. They will make you better. And the games where no one picks a counter for some reason they’ll wish they did 😂. I feel weird not fighting an orisa/sombra combo now

@@jpmorgan6146 yeah doom is in a really good spot rn, i think counterswapping has become extremely prevalent since they swapped the ult change from 25 to 15%. Its crazy how you go monkey for one fight and instantly get a reaper, bastion on the other team. I really dont remember it being like that

@@jonableek9452 The point is you don't really have to be good on sombra if enemy team is solo carried by doom/genji, bitch just need to press right click on them on cooldown and boom you win. In some way also the same with orisa

I feel like this games pro scene has died. Imagine Pine, Ryujehong, Saebyeolbe etc playing the pro players of today. It would be a massacre. It would be like the G league vs the pros. I'm not even sure most of today's pro players would be in the OW G league even. That doesn't mean they're bad at the game, obviously. It's just weird to think of today's OW pros as pros.
