Remote le dhoka ra curtain kholnu, alexa rakhnu is not equal to smart home. Smart home yo euta principle sustainability pani ho. Tertro 8 aana ma baneko ghar, wasteful terraces yet no single sign of solar panels. Smart homes manage their energy off the grid as well.. Solar panels ghar ko design sanga ramrari blend/integrate garna sakincha ni. Ani not a single plant, greenary in 8 aana ko house... Modular kitchen ma smart compost bin chhaina?

No brother that is the worst design, cause owning this means you are from high class family and you got have atleast 1 cook and 1 maid in the house. So you dont need to cook and that above space could be utilized for something else rather than kitchen

I assume you'd enjoy taking your dishes from ground floor all the way to terrace every freaking time.i don't wanna do my gym classes during lunch time. And thanks there are plenty of rooms which can be used as other rooms you stated.

What a beautiful house this is, loved almost everything. Here are my (personal) opinions on this house: 1. Given the total area of the house, the layout could've been better designed for eg. the sofa & living-area is too close to the walking lobby area right on the main entrance 2. Loved the color combinations throughout the house, like the stone flooring & duco painted louvers 3. Loose furnitures like sofas & bed should be of minimal design with natural wood & good-quality fabric 4. Beautiful railing design, loved it

The interior is a WOW; finally, Nepal can brag about ultra luxurious homes, but i doubt if i can say the same for the exterior. It's just plain whitewashed which takes away the actual beauty of the house. Something luminuscious like light blue or yellow could've been added. My parents are looking forward to building another residence in Pokhara, but we're not sure of the design yet. This might give them a hint or two. 🙂

For me, there is just too much going on with colors and patterns that do not complement each other very much. For example, sharp looking room corners will squiggly bed edges look out of place. The house lacks one theme and oscillates between incongruous ideas rather hastily put.
