They’ve grabbed a significant portion of Gram Samaj land within the project, and a part of the project itself is embroiled in disputes. The entrance gate? It’s blatantly built on illegal land, encroaching on the village’s Chak Road. If you’re okay with being scammed, go ahead and invest.

The perfect price is only 1 cr with fully furnished and her demand is 1.80cr what a foolish price.
