The closet could’ve been made more luxurious with lighting shelves etc, high gloss cabinets but they don’t want to risk putting too much on the line in case it doesn’t sell at the listed price. Details, all about the details!

Fence will be installed and pool is optional. You can let the builder know if you would want one and they would go over your options. Not everyone wants a pool 👍🏼

The area this house is at has an acre priced for $400k. So at a lot size of 1.5 acres the price of land is $600k. You can get that exact built house for $1.2 million with a fence around the property if you own your own land elsewhere. Shop around for an in-ground pool after a year when the house has been built so it gives the property time to settle and not crack the pool… or go for an above ground pool option so you don’t have to wait to have a pool built
