I wonder if the second bedroom is for a senior who cannot navigate steps? This house value goes down without a garage. The fireplace is beautiful. I love the library. The upstairs space makes a better in-law suite. Maybe it is for a grown child? The plunge pool needs to be completely fenced in. While I adore the river view, the world has been absolutely destroyed by flooding. Keep me away from running water.

The layout is strange, but I liked the first floor, especially the double-sided fireplace. Beautiful terrace with a great view. I didn't like the second floor, but maybe the buyers will change it.

Definitely need a garage but the rest of the plan is great. The interior design is very confusing. Modern, rustic, Mediterranean flooring, and traditional pieces. Just doesn’t go together.

The thumbs up is because we like your style of house tour presentation. We have not enjoyed any of the recent modern homes. The floorplans are disappointing, the staging has been lackluster or tacky, and the landscaping... extremely sad. Such a waste of sooo much money.

I absolutely really love the layout of this place and the exterior of it. My favorite parts are the double-sided fireplace, master bathroom, and the pool outside the master bedroom.❤❤❤❤❤
