I went to every Ultra up until this one, in 2004, which was excellent, one of the best, skipped 2005 because my uncle had passed, went back in 2006 when I noticed the rising ticket costs and music quality just didn't match anymore, didn't go back again until 2011, that was the last time, haven't been back since.

Esto era el verdadero0 espiritu del umf diferentes generos como progressive,tech house,trip hop,drum and bass,trance, etc etc....... con grandes djs como junkie xl,sander klainenbergh,paul van dyk,josh wink,tiesto,paul oakenfold,rabit in the moon, entre otros djs de talla mundial eso si es un festival de musica electronica.......Ahora todos o mayoria de festivales son de edm suenan igual y casi los mismos sets de cada dj solo con diferente orden, pero no hay gran gama de temas ademas de sonar similar. la epoca de oro es en los 90s y parte de los 2000. en fin esto si son festivales.

I’m putting the following in here after remembering something I wrote earlier on the Ultra Music Festival. 2005 UMF site: This is a piece of unsolved trivia that I doubt I will receive an answer REGARDLESS--- If possible, I would like the names of the 2 female vocal artists and song titles that were featured on the early 2005 UMF Miami trailer/teaser (which no longer exists!). The site was credited as being designed by Skylab Industries and featured shots of someone floating over the crowd in a large plastic ball. I believe this was the first UMF/Florida event that ran for longer than 2 days and I remember both vocals used in the trailer as being very haunting melodies from 2 different female artists that I assumed to be from somewhere outside the USA (songs were not in English). I also remember that numerous questions generated by viewers as to the identity of these artists remained unanswered. No credits were posted on the UMF site other than some link in the site code to "The UMF Song." I believe that this trailer ran through 2004 prior to the festival in March 2005; however, both artists were subsequently deleted/replaced on the site with music credited to be by Carl Cox in 2005. I also remember there were problems viewing the video with the music in this early trailer. If you have any clue as to the identity of the original artists and the songs used back then, I would appreciate receiving an email message identifying same. Thanks.
