Yeah i think the bass on the Ultrasonic is quite on the lean side so I tried adding few db's on midbass and lower mids, it sounds fuller now, love it! 🥰

I wonder that too. But very little on those yet. I keep checking. l think they are quite a bit cheaper than the Ultrasonics.

David, have you ever had a chance to try the Moondrop Alice? Those TWS IEMs are among my very fave. Just so terrific across the board, with a bunch of actual changeable tunings from Moondrop via an app. The Alice are small, elegant, take Sony Hybrid tips and IMO are a killer pair of non NC, quality sound focused TWS IEMs. I'd personally love to hear your thoughts on them - your burgeoning Moondrop TWS collection is definitely missing the Alice! I also enjoy the Space Travel offering but they are nowhere near the clarity and punch that the Alice brings. A bit too much of the waifu thing with the packaging of the Alice and a good bit more money, but worth every penny IMO. Nice one here as always!

I just ordered the block to try to replace my gen 1 airpods as my open tws. How would you say they compare to those? I've always thought the airpods/earpods were pretty solid

@ajiegans they're pretty alright. The mids are a bit bloated, but for $20, I can't really complain. The case is slightly annoying, but not too bad. Impressive microphone performance for a TWS. Not only supports single earbud listening, but actually automatically switches between mono and stereo audio as appropriate. They basically do everything I need out of TWS earbuds, and I use my wired IEMs for serious listening
