What a wealth of knowledge you two have to share with us. We can see the friendship and respect you have for one another. Love the floor plan. They just need to eliminate the outside kitchen and fit a small shower in the back bathroom.

Brilliant lay out if you have young kids because you know they are safe and you are between them and the door. Always dreamed of a two bed!
@susanamberg3960 Жыл бұрын
I think this is a really good set up, you put the kids to bed and adults still have the run of the house. KZbinrs "Five To Go", have a unique rear bunkhouse too.

Thanks for doing another Class A. I wish you'd do more, especially diesel pushers. I'd rather see you doing videos on them than other people. I know I've said sometimes your videos seem a little sales pitchy, but to be clear, they're far less than most of these guys who are actual sales people at dealerships. Rev group also bought Monaco, so they're who you call when your Monaco needs parts. I just bought a new skylight. BTW, if that Bounder is a "tier 4", there's actually about 10 tiers. There are new motorhomes that sell for over $2M.
@PygmySurfer Жыл бұрын
I think Matt said this was a Tier 3 gas, and there are 6 tiers for diesel (and these are Matt's tiers, not any kind of industry standard).

It's such a simple and inexpensive thing but I love the side splash next to the stove. I don't understand why all r.v's don't do that.

I really like this rv! Love the floor plan and the dark cabinets! The decor is great, everything comes together very nicely! And not only am I a fan of yours but I am also a fan of Matt’s and Andrea! So great video! And you’re in my neck of the woods, well same state as me anyway. I’m about a 20min drive south of Pittsburgh PA.

Do not like the floor plan. In my opinion it should have the master bedroom in the back where the kids don’t tromp through the master. Also don’t like the dinning booth or the living room layout. To me it all looks like it was thrown together to make it “unique.”

No sex for the parents I guess. Also, the bed in the back wouldn’t be good if you have a kid/teen taller than 5’8. Would also like to see this concept in a diesel pusher. Great idea, but bedrooms need swapped..

LOVE THIS FLOOR PLAN - can't wait for it to get on the dealer lots so we can go see one! Been waiting (hoping) for a floorplan like this. One negative: front full bath is way to small but rear 1/2 bath is great! LOVE THE BUNK ROOM!! Decor is nice.

Hands down my favorite floor plan for a class A. But I hate, I mean hate, a gas engine for a GVWR of 26k. Should be a diesel, period. Cheap engine, with a lot of weight = earlier failure rate. They need to offer the commercial Cummins on this motorhome.

Very unique back room, hat's off to Fleetwood, but even more unique is JD working with Matt, or the other way around, to be more accurate! Very good calibration, those are a lot of combined brain cells!👍 Than you guys, good job!

Hey fleetwood, we just got our bounder 33c and you need to make the gutters longer so the water doesn't get on the windows and paint. I just ordered extentions. Bad part is they won't match my paint job!! We love our rig. Not a fan of this lay out.

Very nice review guys, and have to say for a gasser, not too bad. :) We're remodeling a 2002 40' DP, which I need a 'home office' in, so this was interesting & informative to see! I've read through the comments and have a few to add: - The "Multi-purpose room" is spot on. The flexibility is needed for those that don't need a bunk room, but an office or workroom. Some 5th's have one in the center, next to the kitchens or some use a Toy-hauler for the same. I understand why plumbing is where it is, however - IF you slide the room door over a bit to make more room (on the TV side), you could put the laundry on that side, freeing up the other side for a full desk area. The outdoor kitchen messes with a few things, but. Also, a loft style pull-down bed (or on jacks) like it is up over the cab, could also work. This would allow for a bed to be pulled down w/ out sacrificing floor space for a 'dedicated' bed. - Some mentioned putting the Bedroom in the rear, with the "Multi-room" in the middle- If you look at the 3 plans at the bottom @3:09, they do this (but w/o the bunk area). Could this be done? Probably, but it'll be more of a 'pass-thru' area and not a 'destination'. - I agree that perhaps the entry door would be better served if moved next to the bath, across from the kitchen. This would move the dinette up, where you could have a Televator TV in the space behind, allowing for better (& larger) TV viewing. (they located the door there in the 32RW & 33HB plans) - I didn't hear mention of any Gennie - is this an Option or do you just start the main engine for these types? - I didn't hear mention of any Solar/Solar prep OR see any batteries in any of the bays? (TBH, it *was* dark!) - The Fridge - I see this a LOT: you get a rig that touts being able to carry & sleep SO many people! yet the fridge ends up being SMALL! I see that most RVs & 5ths are finally now putting in residential fridges. Yes, tradeoffs here and there, but... (full disclosure: I hate, hate, HATE freezer-on-top style fridges). - Agree! A Sink is needed in the outdoor kitchen area, if even a small basin. - TONS of storage! I was surprised by how much there was. (I'm assuming that back, rear, locked bay was the Power bay.) - I didn't hear any reference to the capacities of the Tanks - (Fresh/Gray/Black or Propane). For future reference this would be good information to just quickly relate. Also, for propane, if you do, please state lbs AND gallons. (please & thank you!) Thanks again for your great reviews - keep 'em coming!

I really didn’t care for it especially the dark wood. However, that’s my opinion. I wouldn’t even think about buying any one of these without a third party RV inspection. I don’t care who made it a possibility of a rolling disaster. Again my opinion. Thanks for the video. 👍👍

Great video and amazing motor home. Only question I have is why can’t manufacturers put in a 6.7 diesel engine in these motor home .
@greggcollins4215 Жыл бұрын
The hitch has to be rated higher than the chassis tow rating. If they used a 5000# hitch someonewould overload it and cause an accident when the hitch broke. I have seen several RVs on the road with a 5000# tow rating pulling 7000# trucks.
@mattsmith3305 Жыл бұрын
Great job both of you! I wished if Matt asked you the 3 likes and dislikes, as he does in his videos. Other than the raised toilet in the master bathroom, I didn’t like the 3 burner cooktop against the side wall, and you already pointed out there was no sink on the outside kitchen.
@jetdriver Жыл бұрын
I really don’t think you can separate motorhomes into 4 classes. Just within class A’s you have gas engine units of significantly varying quality level on price. Then you get to diesel pushers and you have lower end models up to stuff like a Newell that is clearly in a class by itself.

Definitely don’t agree with the need for a fixed outdoor sink. There are so many options for a portable sink that not having a fixed one makes more sense.
